Drunk Driving charges following police highway chase at over 100 mph with breathalyzer refusal. Defendant’s vehicle was seized.

​Result: No loss of license following the dismissal of the Refusal hearing at the DMW. The remainder of the case was resolved with Alcohol treatment and related diversionary programs. No Jail time. ​Vehicle seizure settled in Civil Court.
